Oak Ridge outdoors: Bird walks at ORNL

Please read article, cited after the quote. Articles open in a new window.

Some of the favorite times on this year’s nature schedule will be bird walks on the next two Saturdays (April 25 and May2) on the Dept. of Energy’s Oak Ridge reservation.

Jim Evans, the on-site manager for the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, will lead the walk and provide plenty of info along the way. Each of the walks is limited to 25 participants, so get your reservations in early.

Reservations need to be made by noon the preceding Thursday. Contact Lana McDonald at 865-574-7323 or mcdonaldlk@ornl.gov.
