PIERRE, S.D. (AP) – A corporation started by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe is working with a Boston company to develop a wind farm on the reservation in north central South Dakota.
Tribal chairman Joseph Brings Plenty says the tribe signed an intent agreement a year ago to work with Citizens Energy of Boston to built a wind farm with at least 50 turbines.
The location of the wind farm is undecided
