		<description>The scary thing about all these faults is, if any nuclear catastrophe were to happen - the plant is limited to only $10.8 billion of damage, but the actual damage could run into the hundreds of billions of dollars.  And guess where the balance comes from? You guessed it! - the tax payer.</description>
