He is now acting under the direction of Dr. Michael Kilpatrick in the Pentagon depleted uranium office, and is being used to globally harrass any person opposed to the use of depleted uranium by the military. Lt. Col. Roger Helbig is a disinformation agent and a terrorist. He and his friends threatened to disrupt and do physical harm to retired Major Doug Rokke several years ago and attendees at a depleted uranium conference in Tennessee several years ago which required notification of law enforecment that a terrorist event had been possibly planned by Lt. Col. Roger Helbig. Lt. Col. Roger Helbig was notified by law enforcement that if he or any of his buddies showed up at the event they would be arrested and chared with terrorism. Lt. Col. Roger Helbig's brother, the publisher of a small newspaper in upper State New York, was recently charged, tried and convicted of stalking a female coworker. It seems to run in the family. This continual pattern of harrassment, chaos making, and disinformation directed at me and Major Doug Rokke over depleted uranium issues was ordered by a member of the Dept. of Energy in an email sent to a member of the DOD. This is a direct order from the Dept. of Energy. I am very familiar with the sabotage, racketeering, and extortion practiced by the Dept. of Energy since I am whistleblower at the Livermore Nuclear Weapons Lab over science fraud, contractor fraud, and miscondcut on the Yucca Mountain Project by Livermore lab and its contractors. She studied Geology, not uranium, not radiation or radiation measurement, at the Lawrence Berkeley Lab, then she dropped out of the UC Davis doctoral program. She later worked at Lawrence Livermore as a Senior Scientific Technologist in the Center for Applied Scientific Computing for less than a year from 89-90. Unfortunately, though, being near to a "nuclear scientist" does not make you one, nor does publishing via blogs, etc. make one an expert. If you want to see the Public Records Act reply I got from Livermore, go to Message 77 in the Yahoo Group DUStory - the link in my name is to Message 76, which takes you to publicly accessible links to reports by scientists from around the world about uranium and radiation.
